Voting Slips Given that several members have not been able to locate the electronic voting slip sent by PJE Accountants, the Directors have made the decision to extend the vote until Wednesday 11th November. If you have not been able to locate your voting slip, please contact the BHRC office urgently to confirm your email address and a duplicate voting slip will be sent to you from the office by email. THIS MUST BE RETURNED TO PJE ACCOUNTANTS BY WEDNESDAY 11TH NOVEMBER 2026. The email address for returning the slips is printed on the voting slip. Please do not return anything to the BHRC Office. Should you not have access to a printer, please let the office know and a duplicate will be printed and posted to you first class. The Members Meeting will then be rearranged to factor this new date in. Date tbc asap.

Nominations for Sire Stakes yearlings are now open. Any horse sired by one of the below nominated stallions and born in 2025 is eligible for nomination into the series. Entries via the BHRC online entries system. Entries will remain open until 18th December 2026.

The voting slips that were sent out prior to the AGM in July were sent to the previous year's members, (2025) as has always been the case historically. As the vote results did not return enough Directors to make the board quorate, the voting was then re-opened and sent to the same list of voters. If you have an exclusive email address and have not received your voting slip, please check your spam/junk folder for an email from noreply@mail.electionbuddy.com If you still cannot see the voting slip, then please contact the office asap to update your email address and it will be passed on to PJE Accountants to re-send the voting slip. If you had a shared email address, then your voting slip will have been sent in the post. If you have not received it, please contact the office asap to confirm your postal address - if it has changed then a voting slip will be sent First Class. If you were not a member in 2025, you will not have been sent a voting slip. Voting closes for both postal and email on Friday 30th October.
